Senior Consultant, New Incentive
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our New Incentives team. The ideal candidate will lead advanced data analysis and model development efforts to predict the success of various customer incentive programs. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for building dashboards and reporting analytics to provide real-time insights into program performance. What you'll do As a Senior Consultant in the New Incentives team, you will: + Lead the development of sophisticated data models to predict the success of various customer incentive programs + Utilize machine learning techniques to build optimization models + Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide real-time insights into program performance + Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives + Oversee data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy for all analyses What you bring + Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred + Proven experience in a similar role involving advanced data analysis, model development, and dashboard creation is essential + Proficiency with SQL for database querying and management; expertise in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model building; knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI for creating interactive dashboards + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders + Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions efficiently + Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail + Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated #LI-AG2 About Us Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CTC”) is one of Canada’s most admired and trusted companies.
