Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience driving strategic business and technology transformations in the wealth management industry combined with executive relationship-building, leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Your role
You will work on engagements in a team-based environment, partnering directly with wealth management clients, fellow Industry Solutions professionals, and Deloitte consultants from complementary disciplines. As a Senior Consultant, you will help lead workstreams within the context of a larger engagement, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations, and implement business and technology solutions for large companies. You will help present your team's findings to senior client stakeholders, implement recommendations, and begin to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 4+ years of experience supporting wealth management strategy, technology, and operations transformation programs at a Top-25 wealth management firm and/or large consulting firm
+ 1+ year(s) of experience implementing or enhancing leading wealth management trust custody platforms: SEI Trust3000/SWP and/or FIS Global Plus/TrustDesk/AddVantage
+ 1+ year(s) of experience redesigning wealth management processes (e.g., trust account onboarding) and implementing technology solutions to realize future state efficiency and experience improvements
+ 1+ year(s) of experience supporting wealth management client segmentation and pricing strategy initiatives
+ Experience leading wealth management transformation program management activities including roadmap development, executive read-outs, and creation of KPI dashboards
+ Travel up to 50%
+ Limited immigration sponsorship available
Preferred Qualifications
+ Wealth management industry certification (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, CFA) and/or relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
+ Candidate must possess unique knowledge of wealth management industry competitive landscape, leading business practices, technology platforms, and operational processes
+ Experience with post-merger integration of large wealth management firms, including business process and technology stack harmonization
+ Experience directly managing three or more Consultant or Analyst equivalent staff
+ Experience with one or more workflow automation platform: PEGA, Salesforce, IFS Cloud

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137700 to $229500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
