Job Purpose and ImpactThe Senior Consultant, Engagement Office is a key role in the activation of the Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) operating model. The Senior Consultant, Engagement Office serves as the driving force and integratorbetween aDT&D leadership team and the broader DT&D organization, ensuring priorities are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.You will partner directly with a member of the DT&D leadership team toestablish and advance consistent and repeatable processes, governance, and metrics across DT&D activities including annual planning, portfolio investment and prioritization, portfolio health, resource capacitymanagement, and operational excellence.You will play a critical role in ensuring DT&D leaders can focus on and deliver against theirunique needs and commitments.
Key AccountabilitiesEstablish and lead the planning calendar and operational cadence for their DT&D leadership teamOversee the portfolio of projects/ product teams, ensure DT&D work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers valueDrive the annual planning process, facilitating prioritization, investment choices, and portfolio sequencingLead business reviews for their DT&D leader, including portfolio health and operational excellenceManage efficiency opportunities across theapplication portfolio, contracts, and 3rd party spend. Partner with across departments to streamline, advance, and continuously improveways of workingQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceStrong understanding of the IT project lifecycle, resource management, and strategic IT planningAbility to navigate and drive results across multiple stakeholder groupsExperience interacting with and influencing senior IT leaders Ability to thrive in ambiguity and transformational change Preferred QualificationsProficiency in portfolio management tools and softwareExperience interacting with and influencing IT business partnersStrong financial and process acumenShort DescriptionExternal Posting: Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
The expected salary for this position is $121,000- $155,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
