What you'll do
The Senior Consultant, Dealer Partnership Execution, will support and partner with cross-functional groups, ensure implementation and project plans are seamless, and support the AVP, Strategic Dealer Partnerships to help facilitate work with appropriate Dealer and committees required to bring True North initiatives to life. This role will support initiatives by becoming a subject matter expert in the related contractual requirements and interactions with our Associate Dealers. The candidate will advise and help action plans for cross functional issues both internally and with Associate Dealers. As a member of the Strategic Dealer Partnerships team, your goal will be to support a positive Dealer partnership and relationship across the network.
+ Support the AVP, Strategic Dealer Partnerships, in the roll out and execution of Dealer facing components of the True North strategy working in conjunction with Associate Dealers
+ Support development of project plans, objectives and timelines, in an often confidential environment
+ Become a subject matter expert in all aspects of our contractual relationship with our Associate Dealers
+ Represent the Strategic Dealer Partnerships team on cross-functional working groups to proactively identify any contractual issues that would impact an initiative and support in providing recommendations to resolve them
+ Support the integration and overall deployment of defined initiatives or projects; ensure that Dealer needs are addressed and escalated throughout the terms of various projects
+ Engage cross-functional stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the program and monitor progress against milestones with the related Program Managers
+ Support the overseeing of multiple workstreams and phases of work. Understand and assess impacts of decisions and monitor progress towards key milestones
+ Review materials presented at Dealer Committee meetings to identify any issues or conflicts before they arise; escalation of any issues or concerns
+ Engage various business partners throughout the organization to ensure that relevant information is provided and summarized for Executives and Dealers
+ Prepare and deliver presentations for both internal stakeholders and Dealers
+ Additional scope as required
What you bring
+ 5+ years’ work experience with a strong background in cross-functional projects and project management
+ Project Management experience with high visibility and cross functional projects
+ Store and retail knowledge an asset
+ Solid understanding of the business of retail and business processes
+ A strategic mindset and proven ability to structure complex issues and problem solve
+ Demonstrated ability employing collaboration, facilitation and consensus building techniques
+ Strategic and innovative thinking skills including the ability to begin formulating actions and work paths beyond day-to- day interactions
+ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
+ Strong multi-stakeholder relationship management skills
+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self-start and action/results oriented
+ Team player and ability to work independently with autonomy in a complex, deadline-driven environment
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
+ Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
