Job Description: [MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Avanade Inc. presently seeks Senior Consultants, Business Analysis to lead the evaluation and analysis of project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. You will: refine the creation and maintenance of stakeholder relationships and engagement, including contributing to communication plan; engage appropriate audiences/resources and formalize documentation from requirements elicitation sessions; participate in the creation of requirements repository structure and ensure quality and traceability in requirements; participate in determining how the value of a solution will be measured; own individual and/or small team efforts in requirements documentation and subsequent communications throughout the course of a project; improve the understanding of the business needs by driving the business case, project scope and task assignments; collaborate with senior resources on defect response for implemented solution, including documentation and communication; participate in the transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members; participate in the test execution of delivered requirements; and mentor and guide analyst-level roles across activities to improve team capabilities. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live w/in reasonable commuting distance of San Francisco, CA. Offered Salary: $142,500.00 to $145,350.00. Benefits information available here: [1] https://www.avanade.com/en/career/benefits Basic Qualifications: The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Software Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a closely related field, plus at least three (3) years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Business Analysis or in a similar role in a technology or IT consulting environment. A qualified applicant's experience must include: 3 years of experience supporting the development and management of a BA analysis effort; 3 years of experience using methodologies: SAFe, Agile, Agile-Fall, Waterfall, RUP, V-Model, A-SAP, NetSuite One; 2 years of experience communicating and presenting information to technical and non-technical stakeholders; 2 years of experience identifying and implementing metrics to measure progress against goals; 2 years of experience creating, proposing, and executing project plans; 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies and products (i.e. Azure, Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Visio); and 3 years of Business/Product Analysis and/or Consulting experience.
