Senior Construction Manager HOA
Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join RCS-CM LLC, a leading Construction Management Owner’s Representative (CMOR) firm serving HOAs and multifamily communities across Southern California. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional, managing high-value HOA projects while mentoring junior staff and driving operational excellence. You will oversee multiple construction projects—including waterproofing, balcony repairs, roofing, painting, wood replacement, and structural restoration—ranging from $100K to $10M. As the Owner’s Representative, you’ll lead planning and execution, present to HOA boards, facilitate town hall meetings, and ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of our HOA division. Skills and Requirements • 10–15 years of construction management experience (GC or Owner’s Rep)  • Minimum 8 years managing HOA-specific projects  • At least 5 years handling construction defect restoration and litigation  • Strong technical expertise in HOA scopes: waterproofing, balconies, roofing, painting, wood replacement, structural repairs  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across multiple communities (LA, OC, IE, SD)  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident speaking at board and town hall meetings  • Level-headed, organized, and thrives under pressure  • Experience mentoring and managing junior staff  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
