We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the construction industry, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards and create and maintain a safe/secure jobsite environment.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors and be thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the general contract and specific packages thereby identifying changes, conflicts, etc prior to them occurring.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.Oversee contract negotiations and change order management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience managing complex, multi-million dollar construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Aconex, MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
