**Overview** **Travel** : Daily out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided. Shifts: Extensive pharmacy remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am). All maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels will be performed during day shift hours. **Scope of Responsibilities:** Works independently with minimum supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals **Job Summary:** Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary **Responsibilities** **Job Duties:** + Installation of gondolas and store fixtures + Rough and finish Carpentry work + Installation of carpeting and floor tiles + Perform Minor plumbing repairs + Painting + Sheetrock installation + Electrical work including installation of outlets and lighting fixtures + Responsible for uploading receipts into Concur daily and submitting end of the month expense report for approval + Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Education:** + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED **Experience:** + Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in related position **Special Conditions of Employment:** + Drug Test + Valid Driver’s License Required + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring **Compensation:** $21.00-$24.00 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
