**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 10 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 10 years of experience with analytics in the construction sector.
+ Experience with construction datasets, spanning from programming through commissioning.
+ Experience with data blending using various data structures and formats.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in managing large datasets and generating actionable insights for field or executive decision-making.
+ Experience with implementing large-scale projects across multiple trade disciplines and geographies.
+ Understanding of unit rates, labor norms, composite crew rates, rules of measurement, and table of adjustment factors.
+ Ability as a team leader who can motivate and lead a highly productive team.

In this role, you will transform complex construction data into strategic insights that drive operational efficiency, enhance project performance, and support long-term growth within Google's data center builds. You will have a strong background in construction, engineering, or related industries, with the ability to lead data initiatives focused on improving forecasting, resource planning, cost control, and risk management. You will be a proactive leader who can collaborate cross-functionally and implement advanced BI tools and unit rate methodologies to create unified and accurate reporting for the capital planning and investment decisions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain data collection frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards for projects, financials, and operations. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and departments.
+ Analyze project schedules, labor productivity, estimates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and subcontractor performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins, schedule, resource allocation, and execution timelines.
+ Partner with finance and project teams to develop predictive models for budget variance, cash flow, and ROI. Support capital planning and investment decisions through scenario modeling and business case development.
+ Work with project managers, estimators, finance, project controls, procurement, and executive teams to align analytics with business goals.
+ Lead the implementation and management of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Integrate project management software with analytics platforms to create unified reporting.
