Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and departments. + Analyze project schedules, labor productivity, estimates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and subcontractor performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins, schedule, resource allocation, and execution timelines. + Partner with finance and project teams to develop predictive models for budget variance, cash flow, and ROI. Support capital planning and investment decisions through scenario modeling and business case development. + Work with project managers, estimators, finance, project controls, procurement, and executive teams to align analytics with business goals. + Lead the implementation and management of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
