Management Level Definition:
The role is part of the HPE GTS India Capability Development Organization, responsible for enabling the remote support workforce with critical product and service competencies. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs covering HPE products, multivendor technologies, and integrated solutions, ensuring end‑to‑end skill development across technical teams.
The expert will support, design, deliver, and manage learning interventions that prepare technical support engineers to diagnose and resolve a wide range of business systems and application issues. These trained teams support customers, onsite engineering personnel, and Authorized Service Providers, handling cases that span standard, specialized, and complex system environments.
What you’ll do:
• Strong technical knowledge on HPE x86 Compute (Gen10, Gen10+, Gen11 & Gen12), includes ML, DL, BL, XL (Apollo), Moonshot, Edgeline
• Functional and troubleshooting knowledge on HPE ProLiant Server Options (such as (HPE Smart Memory, Storage Controllers like SR/MR/NS/SmartArray, SAS/SATA/NVMe HardDrives, Server Networking).
• Functional knowledge and troubleshooting experience in working of HPE ProLiant Server Management Tools, such as integrated Lights-Out (All generations of Integrated Lights-out)
• Working knowledge on server configuration tools like:
o HPE Smart Update (SUM, SUT & SPP)
o Configuration Utilities like HPONCFG/HPQLOCFG, UEFI System Utilities, SSA, SSACLI, MRSA, StorCLI
• Working knowledge of OS Deployment methodologies: Assisted & Manual.
• Practical experience with troubleshooting HPE ProLiant servers. This includes Server Hardware, Option Components and Server Management Tools.
• Functional knowledge on Server Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, and VMware ESXi).
• Workload level knowledge HPE ProLiant servers will be a plus.
• Knowledge of ‘RESTful API for iLO’ and ‘RESTful Interface Tool’ will be desired.
• Knowledge of functionality and troubleshooting GPUs on servers will be a plus.
• Ability and curiosity to be able to self-learn upcoming technologies support training content development & enhancement.
• Strong communication (written and spoken) and content delivery skills.
• Team player: Ability to train peers on upcoming solutions.
• 2-3 Years working experience with HPE Compute support.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible to
· Train and upskill HPE Workforce on Cutting edge HPE Compute technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to tailor the Training delivery and Lab solutions to meet specific business needs.
· You will participate in the creation of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and technologies, expanding your own technical knowledge and investing in building and maintaining effective skill stack. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority.
· The role additionally involves managing complex cases through customer-facing collaboration rooms.

What you need to bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering – B.E, B.TECH or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience on HPE Storage Solutions Proficiency to build & Customize Solution Labs for hands-on Purpose
• Related Industry Certifications will be a plus
