In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **This exciting role offers opportunity to:** **What you’ll do:** + Selection, qualification, and introduction of electronic components to support business + Develop and maintain component technical specifications + Provide technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers + Responsible for the selection, qualification, and introduction of magnetic components, capacitors, current-sensing resistors, and other electronic components, ensuring compliance with company technical specifications and quality standards. + Develop and maintain component technical specifications, testing standards, and certification processes to meet industry requirements (e.g. AEC-Q, RoHS, REACH). + Provide product presentations and technical support to FAE, sales teams, and customers. + Manage OEM suppliers, conduct technical audits, qualification assessments, and monitor production quality control. + Track component lifecycle, handle alternative sourcing, cost-reduction initiatives, and risk assessments. + Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and component-related anomalies. + Participate in supplier technical audits and factory inspections, driving process improvements and quality enhancements. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields、5 years above design experiences of magnetics product + Familiar with industry standards and certification requirements for electronic components; experience in supplier management is preferred + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of independently performing component selection and technical evaluations. + Solidworks etc. We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
