Responsible for the selection, certification, compatibility replacement, application analysis, and failure analysis of UPS electronic devices (semiconductor integrated circuits/power semiconductors). - Lead evaluation and qualification of semiconductor integrated circuits/power semiconductors, make qualification method and guideline. - Manage and sustain component database and platform, provide guideline on how to select right components. - Lead failure analysis of component and find route cause, improve component and product quality. - Lead 2nd source qualification from component level and system level. - Evaluate components’ reliability and set up reliability modelling and test plan. Evaluate and judge process/material reliability of vendor, support vendor to get consistent growth to meet Eaton’s requirement. - Understand the industry dynamics and basic trends, leading evaluation and qualification new material /technology/vendor." **Qualifications:** Bachelor 5 years’ experience of electronics component engineering related job UPS, VFD, Inverters, EV charger, Rectifiers.
