About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to drive the ongoing design and execution of the company’s compensation programs in both the U.S. and in our international locations. Reporting to the Vice President, Compensation & Benefits, the Senior Compensation Manager will contribute to all aspects of planning, development, and implementation of new and revised compensation programs. This role offers tremendous growth, career progression and exposure to company leadership.
This role is 5 days per week on site in our Arlington, Virginia headquarters office.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience working in Compensation rolesExperience with job architecture, levelling guides and market analytics to ensure competitive compensation practicesExperience with Workday as system of record for compensationExperience managing the year-end compensation processAdvanced Excel skills – data analysis, v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling, etcBachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field from an in-person, not-for-profit university or collegeA track record of commitment to prior employers
