Are you an expert at defining, developing, and executing communication strategies? Do you thrive on the challenge of transforming how an organization communicates with its clients and its own team? We are looking for a nimble, proactive Communications Manager to drive the communications strategy for a key client account, moving beyond traditional methods to create innovative, high-impact campaigns.

You won't just be managing communications; you'll be building and refining the tools, processes, and systems that will redefine how communications are viewed and executed on the account. Create seamlessly connected multi-channel campaigns that engage diverse audiences.

Build Communication Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage streamlined communication systems, processes, and policies. Create and maintain templates and toolkits that empower the entire team to create high-quality, consistent content.

Elevate the Brand: Serve as the advocate for communicating firm news to the team and team news to the firm. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop exceptional content including monthly reports, quarterly business reviews, annual reports, and ad-hoc presentations.

Drive Engagement & Events: Manage high-profile events and initiatives including team roundtables, regional CRM meetings, client town halls, and employee/client events. Foster team engagement by championing participation in key initiatives and promoting achievements.

Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve in an advisory role for high-profile projects, guiding messaging and strategy for client-facing communications. Act as liaison with the client's Corporate Communication Department to coordinate planned activities and build relationships that support the highest customer satisfaction ratings.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of experience in communications or related field with progressively increasing responsibilities. A portfolio demonstrating a variety of strategic communication deliverables is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with flawless English. Proven ability to create engaging content for large, diverse audiences and translate broad concepts into clear, logical communications.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools preferred.

Strategic & Creative Mindset: Proactive self-starter with innovative, outside-the-box thinking. Ability to simplify complex processes and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. Experience supporting global communications programs, ideally in real estate, is a plus.

Collaboration Excellence: Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail. Natural ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
