Role Overview Understanding the business strategies for assigned scope and defining strategic communications plans in support of business goals and priorities. Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to support the company's business objectives and enhance its public image. Creating content and reviewing press releases, executive speeches, annual reports, and other corporate communications. Supporting crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to protect the company’s reputation. Role modeling, providing guidance, and supporting junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Overseeing the planning and execution of major communication campaigns and events. Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Analyzing communication metrics and feedback, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Providing guidance and support to business stakeholders on internal communication best practices. Maintaining the Group Communications planner to assure strategic and appropriate cadence of news and updates towards targeted audiences. Skills & Qualifications Fluent in English. Strong background in Communications. Proven experience in Business Development. Expertise in stakeholder mapping and communications production. Ability to analyze metrics and reporting effectively. Strong business acumen with external communications experience. Crisis management skills and press relations expertise. Experience management capabilities. Marketing knowledge. Education & Experience Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred. 7+ years of experience in a communications role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
