What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include: Prepare the project Commissioning Management Plan, the deployment and set up of the Completions Management System and the construction-led approach to Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and systemisation for commissioning. Champion the “Construction Led” approach by being actively involved in early constructability / design reviews. Review existing systems, procedures, policies & standards specifically related to pre-commissioning, commissioning & completions, upgrade where required to ensure systems interface with AWP’s, Data Centric and Construction Management Systems. Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior level management.. Ensure projects are reviewed (Lessons Learnt) to ensure conformity with project directives, policy and for coordination of other company departments. Oversee, motivate and monitor the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and address any performance gaps. What you’ll have Will have completed a University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Significant experience including site supervisory, project management and/or technical experience, in the field of commissioning / completions. Experience in materials handling, and mineral sands processing in particular, will be viewed favourably. Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and client interface skills. Ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organizational goals and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas related to projects as well as functional area of expertise. Have participated in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops. Able to apply knowledge of all aspects of a project (pre-commissioning, commissioning & completions, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
