Senior Commercial Representative

A global leader in commodity warehousing and logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Insides Sales Representative position based in Malaysia, Johor Bahru.
Job Responsibilities: Professionally handle all incoming customer inquiries regarding services Maintain and submit sales pipeline reports in a timely manner Generate qualified leads by providing complete client profiles, call-to-action items, and current market information Conduct cold calls and market research to identify new business opportunities Maintain up-to-date databases of customer and service provider pricing and offerings Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes Facilitate contract coordination and administrative approvals with relevant parties Prepare and submit customer quotations within required timeframes Maintain organized and secure filing of all sales contracts Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales/commercial team Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales environment Self-starter with a can-do attitude Positive attitude with good business acumen Detailed, systematic with strong organizational skills Able to multitask duties with a high sense of urgency in completing tasks/assignments Service oriented with good communication skills and an outgoing personality
