We are looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst passionate about in-store execution and business growth. This is a non-management position, focused on leading through expertise, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making — not through direct team supervision. The role ensures flawless in-store execution, driving sales and market share growth for P&G brands while guaranteeing top-tier visibility across all assigned channels and regions. Main Responsibilities + Ensure high execution standards in stores (Sales Fundamentals and Key Business Drivers). + Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to share, OSA, planogram and promotion execution. + Partner with merchandising agencies to train, guide, and ensure compliance with P&G execution standards. + Build and maintain strong relationships with store and client personnel to enhance business results. + Use digital tools such as Lastore, Retail X, StoreWars, OSA Tool, and Promotional Cycles to improve efficiency and connectivity. + Support training and capability-building initiatives for external field teams. + Identify commercial opportunities in-store and propose actions to drive sales and market share growth. Job Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: + 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, trade marketing, or in-store execution. + Experience working with merchandising agencies or key accounts in modern trade is a plus. Key Skills: + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data and reporting tools. + Result-oriented mindset with hands-on field execution. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. + Collaborative leadership and continuous improvement mindset. Technical Knowledge (preferred): + In-store execution fundamentals (FMOT, DSMPs, KBDs). + Experience with commercial and analytical tools (Retail X, StoreWars, Power BI, etc.).
