Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager (B&R) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and managing high-value contracts related to the Belt and Road initiative and other international infrastructure projects.

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the B&R initiativeLead contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditionsAnalyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimizationManage complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherenceDrive business development initiatives to expand our presence in the B&R ecosystemAssess and mitigate commercial risks associated with large-scale international projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and industry partnersProvide strategic guidance to senior leadership on commercial matters related to the B&R initiativeOversee a team of commercial professionals, fostering their growth and development

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on international infrastructure projectsProven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategiesStrong expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk managementExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneouslyIn-depth knowledge of the Belt and Road initiative and its economic implicationsDemonstrated experience in business development within an international contextStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in financial modeling and data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plusWillingness to travel internationally as required for project management and business development
