This role sits within the B&P team of AtkinsRéalis, which offers diverse services to its clients. We require a driven and experienced Senior Commercial Manager with a strong background in design/engineering consultancy, able to ‘hit the ground running’ and support B&P’s ambitious strategy.
Joining the current commercial team, the successful applicant will support the team with a wide-range of commercial tasks including dispute prevention and resolution.

What we are looking for you to demonstrate:
Preferably experience within a similar role in design consultancy.Knowledge of internal governance processes.A working knowledge standard forms of contract particularly NEC.Good Commercial awareness in technical environments.Familiarity with dispute resolution mechanisms and claims management principles.Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.Excellent communication skills including clear articulation of positions in potential dispute scenarios.Desirable criteria:
