**Job Summary**
This role leads the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) initiatives in Hong Kong, and supports the Commercial Excellence Manager in driving key initiatives such as target setting, incentive design, and segmentation & targeting (S&T) through cross-functional collaboration. The role also contributes to building marketing operations processes and market intelligence reporting to enhance field force productivity, with additional support provided to Singapore and Taiwan as needed.
**Job Responsibilities**
1. **CRM & Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE)**
+ Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ARISE) in Hong Kong, acting as the key liaison with system providers to resolve stakeholder issues and enhance system usability.
+ Manage CRM content by uploading promotional materials, product updates (new launches and withdrawals), and ensuring data accuracy.
+ Drive Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) initiatives by collecting HCP consent, co-developing MCE materials with Marketing, and managing digital platforms (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, SMS video detailing) to engage target HCPs effectively.
+ Generate and deliver monthly SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) reports for business meetings, including dashboard analytics and productivity insights.
2. **Segmentation & Targeting (S&T)**
+ Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement Segmentation & Targeting strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
+ Support the continuous refinement of targeting models to optimize field force effectiveness and customer engagement.
**3. Incentive Management & Target Setting**
+ Calculate and formulate incentive payouts for the Hong Kong market, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for review and approval.
+ Partner with stakeholders to define and align sales targets, integrating them into the incentive framework to drive performance and motivation.
**4. Market Intelligence & Reporting**
+ Support the integration of IMS raw data into internal systems.
+ Generate quarterly market share reports, country performance dashboards, and ad-hoc analytics to support commercial decision-making and strategic planning.
**5. Training & Capability Building**
+ Facilitate training programs in collaboration with trainers, including product certification, PKT (Product Knowledge Training), and training system management.
+ Coordinate with the Commercial Excellence Manager to align training initiatives with the EPD Training Academy and commercial team needs.
**6. Strategic Projects & Cross-Country Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Excellence and Country Manager on specific commercial projects and initiatives.
+ Provide support to Singapore and Taiwan markets as needed.
**Requirements: Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related fields preferably of Information Technology, Life Science or Business Management.
+ At least 3 years successful experience in CRM system management or Marketing/Sales specialist position.
+ Proven experience working within CRM/e-detailing project and/or campaign management.
+ Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis with accurate, systematic and methodical.
+ Ability to manage project, organize and prioritize.
+ Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
+ Self-motivated, driven and the desire to help.
+ Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure, especially the demonstration of result orientated characteristic.
+ Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel.
