Senior Commercial Analytics Specialist
(Commercial Excellence )
The person in this role will be part of the Western Europe Commercial Excellence organization and will focus on supporting business from Data and Analytics side. Senior Commercial Analytics Specialist will support Commercial Analytics processes. She/He helps change data into valuable insights, often supporting other departments – such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Manage, develop, and maintenance of existing databases, reporting tools/systems
Preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards, and other data visualization tools for our stakeholders
Reviewing and interpreting ongoing business reporting requirements
Developing innovative initiatives to enhance the business opportunities
Undertaking data modelling activities and creating new analytical solutions as well as further developing currently existing ones
Providing data insights based on available reporting solutions
Analyzing data to better understand and further improve reporting and analytical environment in company
Sharing best practices within data analytics and improving adoption of analytical tools and dashboards within company
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is highly desired
Qualifications
University Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance/Business Administration)
Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience (finance or commercial) and/or data analytics, preferably in an international company with a very broad product portfolio
Experience with Salesforce is highly desired.
Proficiency in MS Excel (preferably including VBA knowledge)
Analytical mindset and willingness to work with large sets of data,
Practical knowledge of Business Intelligence
Familiarity with Tableau (non-critical, but highly desired), and Alteryx
Problem-solver with a positive attitude and ability to operate efficiently in a matrix structure
Fluent in English (at least C1 level)
Can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 168 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
