Senior Commercial Administrator
Role Purpose:

 

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Commercial Administrator to join our Mechanical Business team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting customer retention and driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional renewals and proposals.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting customer retention and revenue growth by delivering high quality renewals and proposals. With a strong customer focus, this role is dedicated to maximising the Mechanical Team’s renewal rates, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational delivery teams to drive reconciliation and renewals across the Mechanical business.

What does it take to apply:

 

A proven commercial track record and strong administrative background

Experience with MI Management Systems (Siebel, Salesforce, Get Paid preferred)

Financial awareness and experience in invoicing & reconciliation

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage complex accounts

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power, and pricing tools

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Experience in pricing, commercial management, or contract renewals within asset management, FM, or compliance sectors

A proactive, driven, and delivery-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task

Comfort with UK-wide travel and regular client-facing engagement

Strategic thinking combined with operational pragmatism and attention to detail
