Summary: Seeking a Senior CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam and Mazaks for developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs in an aerospace machine-shop environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC Programming in Mastercam

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Mazaks

Knowledge of metal alloys and their usage within consumer and industrial products

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ISO/AS9100 (Aerospace/Defense) facilities

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers

Develop machining strategies to produce machined hardware from designs

Assist machinists with setup and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure proper execution of programs

Develop manufacturing plans for high-volume production

Design custom tools and fixtures as needed

Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling based on job-specific applications

Release validated programs to the production team

Own process improvement opportunities to reduce machining/setup time and improve part quality

Maintain configuration control of files and job records

Apply machining principles and GD&T standards

Lift over 50 pounds, including overhead lifting

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
