The production equipment, repair, maintenance and calibration engineer is responsible for implementing, modifying and monitoring the quality, safety and efficiency of equipment and tooling use for production purposes. Assist engineers with developing, implementing and maintaining new/modified/current maintenance and calibration processes for tools and equipment. + Responsible for ensuring that all activities assigned to them in designated for E2E maintaining the expected levels of maintenance and calibration schedule program design in eCMMS (Maximo IBM system) following the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). + Follow all maintenance and calibration procedures in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), making observations and communicate them to their engineer for their equipment correction. + This position supports the platform within J&J MedTech. **You will be responsible for:** + It is responsible for 100% of the planning for calibration and maintenance programmed equipment required by the eCMMS system. + Change status of the equipment is required by the engineering team following the calibration and maintenance procedures. + Ensure all equipment’s calibration and maintenance work schedule are properly close and available to obtain evidence records. + Support all audits of the business and provide all equipment certificates and data from eCMMS system. + Updates datasheets and job plans of the calibration and maintenance program if the procedures are updated. + Provides adherence and KPI reports to upper management from eCMMS database. **Qualifications / Requirements:** **EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION** + Degree of studies as a mechatronics electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, biomedics or industrial engineering. + · At least 5 years of experience or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, testing, quality and production, process statistical control, biomedics or industrial engineering. + · Generally, Requires minimum 2 Years Work Experience in calibration departments (only calibration engineer position) + · Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with measuring equipment such as optical comparator, vision systems, micrometers, verniers, pattern blocks, pressure and temperature standards, speed, time and dead weight, voltage generator, current and frequency.
