Job description

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Cloud Technology Architect to join our team.

Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):

The Technology Architect for the position is responsible for providing robust and resilient solutions design and leading the development of critical projects within our organization. The Architect for the position should have strong knowledge of design principles and extensive experience with providing the solution design and architectures for Customer requirements in a Cloud Native environment. The Position required the candidate to have strong experience with AWS and GCP Cloud services. The Position required the candidate to know the configuration and maintenance of multiple services independently. Along with providing the design and architecture on the cloud, the position requires candidates to have a good hold on Python & Node languages and the React framework. Also, should have experience in designing resilient solutions using AWS services, and have in-depth exposure to services like EC2, S3, IAM, Serverless programming, Cloudfront, CloudFormation.

Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:

Minimum 5 years of Experience in Design and solutions of Secure architecture on AWS cloud.Have in-depth knowledge of CloudFormation and AWS CDK.In-depth knowledge of AWS Lambdas and configuration of concurrency.Experience in designing secure Web application architecture.Experience in React JS.Should have in-depth experience with Python, Node, and the utilization of the same on AWS Lambdas.Should be able to securely design the GraphQL APIs.Preferred experience with the ETL Technology.Should be able to think out of the box for achieving the intended requirement on SQLsGood Experience with RDS and SQL stored procedures and functions.Should be able to think through the design using the DB streams, SQS, and Event Services.

Educational Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
