Trane Technologies\u00A0is currently seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join a high-impact, forward-thinking infrastructure team dedicated to scaling our global cloud footprint. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural vision and hands-on execution across major cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with software engineering, security, and product teams to build highly available, secure, and cost-optimized platforms.
What you will do:
Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions across enterprise cloud environments.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain robust IaC scripts using tools like Terraform to ensure consistent and automated environment provisioning.CI/CD Automation: Build, optimize, and manage deployment pipelines to support rapid, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for engineering teams.Backend Integration: Support application development and environments working closely with microservices and serverless components, with a strong focus on Node.js runtimes.Observability & Reliability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using industry-standard cloud suites or third-party observability tools.Cost & Performance Optimization: Audit cloud resource utilization to proactively implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing operational performance.What you will bring:
