**Position Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled **Advisory Architect** with deep expertise in **AWS cloud architecture** and **Python development** . This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who excels in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The Advisory Architect will lead end-to-end solutioning efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide the technical direction of cloud-native applications and services. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the **design and implementation** of cloud-native solutions using AWS services and Python. + Architect scalable, secure, and resilient systems aligned with business and technical requirements. + Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to define architecture standards and best practices. + Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation scripts to accelerate delivery. + Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Python-based applications. + Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and mentor junior developers and architects. + Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and present architecture to stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards in cloud environments. + Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and runbooks for implemented solutions. + Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in **Python** . + 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing solutions on **AWS** . + Proven experience in **solution design** , **implementation** , and **technical leadership** . + Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and networking. + Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS). + Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent certification. + Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Go) is a plus. + Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, or machine learning frameworks.
