Serves as a Technical Lead for Division projects. Provides technical and work direction to project team members and completes technical work as needed. Mentors and coaches other staff as required. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.** **Qualifications** BS in Engineering or a related field and 5 years of professional engineering experience; Or MS in Engineering or related field and 3 years of professional engineering experience; Or, PhD in Engineering or related field and 1 year of professional engineering experience. **Additional Qualifications:** Master's or PhD preferred.
