A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll be responsible for actively managing an assigned book of business working in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Consultant and assigned service team to ensure each client’s employee benefit plan needs and agreed upon service expectations are met.  You will work with significant autonomy, demonstrate a high degree of competency and may be called upon for guidance and assistance by others in the department and the agency.  You may also help train newer Client Managers and conduct formal training sessions for the department.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience in the welfare benefits plan industry working for an employer, insurer/administrator, consultant, or broker; or in a customer service or project management field.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
