More about the roleAs a Senior Client Manager – Client Development, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of Sainsbury’s suppliers, building strong, long‑term relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth across our insights and marketing solutions. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you’ll develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and objectives, enabling you to shape effective strategies that deliver value for both the client and Nectar360.
Day to day, you’ll work with our clients to propose and secure integrated client marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well‑executed, commercially sound and aligned to client goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the Insights commercial team to identify opportunities, translate insight into action, and maximise client impact.
Alongside client leadership, you’ll support and develop your direct reports, providing clear objectives, coaching and feedback. You’ll also manage financial performance across your portfolio, from forecasting and revenue tracking through to invoicing, ensuring profitability against agreed targets. Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitive activity, you’ll proactively identify new opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth.

Essential criteria A university degree or equivalent business experience Extensive previous client services experience, ideally in retail or FMCG Experience in media sales working to revenue targets Experience in line management required Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with an understanding of insights High energy, proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude#LI-DN1
