Senior Client Executive

We are seeking a talented Senior Client Executive to join our Global Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Miami, Tampa, Sunrise, Atlanta, Charlotte or Washington DC. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will play a key role in maintaining and growing a profitable book of business by building strong relationships, designing strategic sales plans, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs across industry sectors.

We will count on you to:

Maintain, serve, and grow satisfied business relationships within a large, profitable book of business, while acquiring new clients within an industry or specialty.Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans for a portfolio of clients and prospects, leveraging your understanding of product offerings, market developments, industry trends, and account needs.Conduct complex financial analyses to evaluate and communicate the performance and return on products and services for existing and potential clients.Lead the development and presentation of customized solutions to address client objectives, considering risk, conditions, coverage, and pricing strategies.Engage senior-level stakeholders within client organizations to sustain and expand relationships, ensuring service needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in client relationship management, sales strategy, or business development within a relevant industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop tailored client solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging at the senior or executive level.Knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory considerations relevant to the role.
