What You’ll Be Doing:

Growing and managing a land development teamClient and business development, communicating with clients and local and state agenciesAttending public hearings as neededHiring and mentoring junior staffManaging project scopes, schedules, and budgetsWriting contracts and reviewing invoicesEnsuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documentsPreparing construction drawings, plans, and project specifications

What You Bring to the Table:

BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programPE license is requiredExperience in land development design, including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment controlExperience in project management or the ambition to become a leader within the organizationCommunication skills for public hearings and working with public agenciesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
