Senior Civil Engineer – Mining & Minerals (Perth/Brisbane) About the Company

The Role

You will support the company’s expansion in Queensland by delivering civil and structural design, analysis, and project support across mining and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Produce safe, compliant, and constructible civil/structural designs. Assess material performance during construction stages. Develop construction methodologies with contractors and site teams. Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Review drawings, reports, and calculations for accuracy and quality. Support tender submissions and project delivery activities. Apply project management principles and identify project risks. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. About You Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 5–10 years’ relevant industry experience. Strong understanding of Australian Standards and construction safety. Proficient with structural analysis tools and technical documentation. Proven ability to deliver practical, buildable solutions. Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly with site teams. Proactive, hands?on problem solver. About Airswift
