The Role: Senior Civil Engineer
As a key member of the civil engineering team, you will:
Develop schematic/concept designs and detailed designs for drainage and highways using Civils 3DDesign Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) with Causeway FlowPrepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy Reports for planning applicationsCollaborate closely with clients and other construction professionals across various sectorsLead projects and manage budgets effectivelyMentor junior engineers and contribute to resourcing and team developmentWhat We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Civils 3D (or similar software) and drainage network designProven experience leading projects and managing project financesA proactive approach to mentoring junior staff and supporting their career progressionExperience with SuDS design (concept through to detail)Familiarity with site work, contractor liaison, and health & safety managementChartered or working towards a professional qualification (e.g., ICE, CIWEM)Strong communication skills and experience liaising with local authorities and design teamsA collaborative problem-solver with a commitment to delivering quality outputsWhat’s in It for You?
