Civil Engineer – Mining & Minerals (Perth/Brisbane) About the Company

The Role

You will support the expansion of the company’s civil capability in Queensland by delivering design, modelling, and project support across mining and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Produce civil designs for roads, drainage, earthworks, traffic layouts, and site infrastructure. Create accurate civil design models aligned with project standards. Work with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to produce coordinated project outcomes. Review drawings, calculations, and reports for quality and accuracy. You'll need to have Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 5+ years’ experience in road or civil infrastructure design. Knowledge of Austroads, Australian Standards, and road geometry. Proficient in 12D, Civil 3D or OpenRoads; AutoCAD or MicroStation advantageous. Understanding of BIM/DE requirements. Strong communication skills and a proactive, learning-focused mindset.
