The primary responsibility of the person in the Change Specialist role is to help the organisation building Change Capabilities, prepare for and adapt to new realities brought by (global) programmes or projects. These might concern new business systems, processes and/or organisation structure, roles or culture.
Your responsibilities would include:
Supporting development and implementation of the Change Managing strategy in line with overall HGSS strategy. Identifying the most expected and potential points of reluctance to change. Support developing counter strategies to reduce the unwillingness and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding to foster a positive acceptance of change Supporting creating and implementing change approaches and communication
plans that:
a. maximise buy-in for the change,
b. support managing and mitigating the impact of change plans on employees and organisation,
c. minimise resistance to increase the benefit realisation and value creation
d. maximise employee awareness and adoption Supporting Change Manager in building Change Management CAPABILITIES in the organisation by knowledge sharing, designing good practice materials and delivering trainings Securing ALIGNMENT and INTEGRATION of change management activities into overall programme/project plan Driving the EMBEDDING OF CHANGE into sustainable standing organisation (linked to culture) Identifying STAKEHOLDERS at all stages and levels of the change projects and define an effective stakeholder engagement plan Collaborating and engage actively with Communication, Learning and Development, Organisational Development and HR Business Partner colleagues
Being a change management AMBASSADOR and propagate the change community as well as the change thinking
You are a good candidate if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment Minimum of 3 years’ experience in change management or change related areas, such as HR, Corporate Relations, programme management or business in an international environment Successful running, coordinating or key contribution to a medium to large size and complexity organizational changes Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Familiarity with programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme lifecycle A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Fluency in English, additional European language is a plus Excellent Excel/Power Point skills Communication skills
