**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time

The Senior Strategist role will lead the development, refinement, and implementation of change management and communications methodologies and tools that drive organizational transformation and employee engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the firm's approach to change is innovative, effective, and aligned with its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leadership, change management methodology, the evolution of change management practices, and communication strategy, particularly within the financial services industry or similarly complex environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide strategic leadership to the change and communications methods team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
+ Develop and implement robust change management frameworks that support organizational transformation and business objectives.
+ Ensure the firm's change management practices are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with industry best practices.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change management methodologies into organizational processes and initiatives.
+ Lead efforts to refine and evolve the firm's change management methodologies to address emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
+ Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative approaches into the firm's change management practices.
+ Drive continuous improvement in change management processes, ensuring they remain effective and relevant in a dynamic business environment.

**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field
+ 10+ years of change management experience, with a strong focus on training, coaching, and competency development
+ Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering change management training, assessments, and communities of practice
+ Proven ability to work across complex organizations to align stakeholders and drive outcomes
+ Strong communication and influencing skills with diverse audiences
+ Experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments preferred

+ Preferred certifications: Prosci or ACMP
