Essential Responsibilities
Drives user adoption and experience through effective change management aligned with project and business objectivesFacilitates workshops and engagement sessions to align stakeholders and support adoption effortsDevelops change-related documentation and integrates change management into project governance frameworksSupports stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning to inform future-state solutionsTranslates change analysis into actionable deliverables (e.g., stakeholder registers, training needs, impact summaries)Conducts strategic analysis to enhance engagement, operational readiness, and sustainment for improvement projectsDevelops KPIs and integrates change metrics into dashboards and reporting in collaboration with project teamsApplies insights from past projects and industry trends to evolve and optimize change management approachesQualifications:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in change management or business improvement rolesBachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldChange Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) preferredProven experience supporting PMO or enterprise transformation functionsFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologiesSkilled in change management frameworks and collaboration tools (e.g., ADKAR, Miro, Confluence)Demonstrated ability to embed change management into projects and initiativesHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesAnalytical thinker with expertise in assessing change impacts and organizational readinessConfident working with executives, business leaders, and subject matter expertsComfortable managing ambiguity and working independently in a hybrid work settingProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelExperience integrating change into business initiatives and transformation is highly regardedWork Environment:
This is a hybrid role involving both working from home and attending the office 1-2 days per weekOccasional on-site presence may be required for key project milestones, stakeholder engagements or as business needs requireCompensation
Compensation - $76,000-$104,500 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
