**Date Posted:** 2026-02-13 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** SG-01-SINGAPORE-051 TC ~ 51 Calshot Rd ~ 51 CALSHOT RD-051 TC **Position Role Type:** Onsite **What You Will Do** + Lead the team to meet targets and goals for quality and on-time delivery activities of Logistics Operations while overseeing shipping. + Lead and supervise team members to develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training. + Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees. + Interface with various business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve logistics goals and company’s objectives. + Developed performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance. + Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc. + Manage logistics flow between sites. + Maintain safety standards for logistics activities + Ensure efficient materials flow from Logistics to centralized store to kitting. + Ensure GT compliance with legal regulations and company policies. + Good knowledge in handling Dangerous Goods. + CORE involvements to improve efficiency of the process. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. + Carry out any other duties as assigned. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. + Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. + Good team player and interpersonal skills. + Highly motivated and self-directed.
