What you’ll do

Deliver Principal Designer and Client Advisor services Guide clients through CDM compliance and risk management Carry out site safety audits and inspections Lead CDM risk reviews and provide wider H&S consultancy Build strong client relationships and promote best practice  

 

What you’ll bring

CertIOSH / CMaPS (or working towards) Solid knowledge of CDM regulations and construction methodology Proven experience in PD, Client Advisor or construction safety consultancy Strong communication, organisation and IT skills Fire safety / Building Regulations knowledge (desirable)
