You will forecast and plan, coordinate client needs, and ensure exceptional experiences from start to finish. Your expertise will shape successful events and strengthen client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all catering operations and execution + Manage client relationships and expectations + Collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless delivery + Maintain budgets and ensure cost control + Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards + Lead and develop catering staff Qualifications: + Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or event management + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred + Proficiency in catering management software (e.g., Caterease, Tripleseat) + ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred Curious about Life at Levy?
