This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll build long-term category strategies, run complex sourcing initiatives, and deliver practical solutions that support our mission: restoring brain health so every person can be their best. You will directly contribute to our ability to focus on science, scale what works, and deliver on our commitment to patients. In this role, you will: + Set the strategic direction for how we engage with consulting, legal, HR, finance, and other expert services. + Design scalable supplier models, engagement principles, and buying guidelines that enable structure and transparency. + Align with key functions to define sourcing priorities, value levers, and decision-making criteria. + Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve compliance, performance, and value. + Lead complex sourcing initiatives — including sourcing strategy creation, negotiation, supplier selection, and contracting. + Establish and manage preferred supplier setups, rate structures, and governance frameworks. + Lead supplier performance management and governance efforts that ensure delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. + Support implementation and help embed structured ways of working across the organization. **Your future team** The Corporate Procurement team is a global function comprising over 60 engaged and passionate colleagues located in Copenhagen, Krakow, and Chicago. You may come from: A strategic procurement background, where you’ve developed category strategies and led sourcing projects within professional services. A consulting background, where you’ve driven client delivery, managed advisory engagements, or shaped how services are delivered. What matters most is your ability to combine commercial thinking, strong collaboration, and a pragmatic, value-focused approach.
