You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** This position is to act as the Senior Category Manager for EMEA Supply Chain, responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process across the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region for Supply Chain categories, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, while supporting global initiatives as needed. The role will define sourcing strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive value creation through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and process improvement. As a Senior Category Manager for EMEA Supply Chain, you operate independently as a recognized expert, setting strategic direction for EMEA sourcing activities. You influence regional and global supply chain strategies with significant impact on cost, service, and risk. You solve complex, cross-functional challenges requiring conceptual thinking and creative solutions, you engage with senior leadership and external partners to negotiate and align on strategic priorities.
