C.H. Robinson is hiring a Senior Carrier Financial Support Representative. In this role, you will provide the highest level of service while supporting complex and escalated carrier financial transactions. You will support activities related to carrier payment method updates, third-party collections, internal audit requirements, and escalated financial issues within the team. You will support the internal C.H. Robinson network through effective problem solving, risk awareness, and timely resolution of issues.
This position operates in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment that requires frequent multitasking across ticketing systems, document processing, email workflows, and inbound calls, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
Work Model: Hybrid
Schedule: 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Resolve complex and escalated carrier financial issues across multiple intake channels including ticketing systems, inbox workflows, document queues, and phone callsHandle disputes, escalated calls, and mediate conflict related to carrier payments and financial transactionsReview, research, and process JIRA tickets related to accounts payable holds, deductions, cross-deducts, and contractual claim activitySet up, maintain, and update carrier payment methods, including EFT and direct deposit changes with required verbal verificationProcess and validate sensitive financial documentation including factoring documents, tax levies, liens, garnishments, and payment restrictionsPartner with carriers, network offices, and shared services teams (fraud, legal, finance, treasury, and internal audit) to investigate and resolve issuesDocument and support investigations related to suspected financial fraudClearly explain payment actions to carriers, including holds, deductions, payment plans, and resolution stepsSupport internal audit and quality assurance processes through documentation, ticket reviews, and call monitoringMeet established service level agreements, productivity standards, and quality expectationsProvide subject matter expertise and escalated support to the broader Carrier Financials teamMaintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive banking and financial informationPerform additional duties as assigned based on team or country-specific needsQUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience in a financial support role or related fieldAt least 6 months of customer service experiencePreferred:
Previous C.H. Compensation Range
$20.94 - $33.12The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
