The Caretaking and Cleaning Service delivers a high-quality, fully managed cleaning solution across more than 300 sites, including schools, corporate offices, and housing services. We also provide a flexible, peripatetic caretaking and consultancy service to schools. Operating in a competitive and fast-paced environment, our continued success is built on delivering exceptional value for money and outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a Senior Caretaking & Cleaning Manager to lead the delivery and development of our services. In this pivotal role, you will ensure operational excellence, drive service improvements, and support the growth and sustainability of the business. You will be a visible, proactive leader who inspires teams, champions innovation, and models a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.Motivate and support staff to deliver a customer-focused, high-performing service.Drive service development by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.Lead on tendering and procurement processes to secure new business and retain existing contracts.Identify, evaluate, and cost growth opportunities, ensuring robust contract management and successful delivery.Actively engage in networking and benchmarking to ensure the service remains innovative and competitive.
