Job Description

AECOM is seeking a dynamic Senior Capture Manager to support our newly formed Advisory Global Business Line.  We are looking for an individual with infrastructure industry expertise, collaborative leadership skills, business development acumen, and a growth mindset.  In this role, the individual will support the Global Business Line Chief Executive in client account management, business development tracking and reporting, proposal capture strategies, targeted marketing campaigns and interview preparation. This a hybrid role with in-office requirements that is available anywhere in the United States near an AECOM office.  The successful candidate will lead and support global infrastructure advisory pursuit capture across AECOM’s global footprint.

Responsibilities

The Senior Capture Manager will be responsible for having a line of sight to the full infrastructure advisory pipeline while identifying and deploying resources for small to very large business opportunities under a variety of procurement strategies.  Additionally, the Capture Manager will manage the transition from business opportunity through proposal development and interview. The Capture Manager will work with Client Account Managers, Regional Leadership and Business Line Leadership to develop capture strategies and manage timelines to meet and exceed sales targets.  Critical attributes that will be required for success in this role include:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of pursuits experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, and at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications 

Leading cohesive teams for the creation, management and distribution of targeted in-depth information and analysis of assigned opportunities (5+ years)

Successful planning and time management skills to establish timed gates for go/no-go reviews and decisions (5+ years)Maintaining accuracy of the opportunity data within Salesforce or similar CRM platform (5+ years)Performing advanced assignments requiring independent decisions and resolving problems using an exceptional degree of agility (5+ years)
