Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage resistant or skeptical teams in constructive dialogue. Demonstrated experience introducing new planning frameworks or baseline measurement models in uncertain or undefined environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize partial data into meaningful recommendations. Experience translating informal or incomplete information into structured planning artifacts (e.g., demand forecasts, capacity models, etc). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity). Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or clinical IT setting.
