We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer with strong expertise in Camunda BPM, Oracle database, and Shell scripting to provide end-to-end support for business process automation systems. The ideal candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Camunda-based workflows, ensuring system stability, performance, and uptime in production environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
. 6+ years of experience in application support or production support roles.
. 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Camunda BPM workflows (BPMN, DMN).
. Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL-SQL for troubleshooting and data manipulation.
. Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash/Korn/Unix) for automation and log analysis.
. Good understanding of workflow orchestration, integration points, and error handling in Camunda.
. Experience in Linux/Unix environments for system and process monitoring.
. Exposure to REST APIs, XML/JSON, and integration troubleshooting.
. Ability to identify and resolve performance, configuration, and connectivity issues.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
. Provide L2/L3 support for Camunda BPM workflows and process automation systems.
. Monitor workflow executions, identify bottlenecks, and resolve process or integration failures.
. Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
. Work with Oracle databases to analyze and optimize queries, perform data fixes, and support workflow data operations.
. Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate routine operational and maintenance tasks.
. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
. Manage workflow deployments, configuration changes, and environment health checks.
. Ensure compliance with SLAs, change management, and release management processes.
. Participate in on-call rotation for critical production support.
. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and standard operating procedures.
Must hake skills:
