Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful initiatives that support the firm's 2030 goals? We're looking for a **Senior Campaign Manager** to join our team and lead high-visibility campaigns that support financial advisors in growing their businesses. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to advisors and key leaders, using your deep market knowledge and campaign expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive results. You'll also mentor other campaign managers and help shape the future of our campaign strategy.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns aligned with business priorities.

**Skills/Requirements**
**Minimum Experience:**
+ Understanding of campaign management strategies to drive successful growth & utilization of services through financial advisors in the wealth management industry.
+ Highly effective at stakeholder management.
+ Advanced proficiency in campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
+ Knowledge of B2B2C & B2C campaigns, sales enablement & change management best practices.
+ Comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Familiar utilizing campaign & sales enablement platforms such as SalesForce or Seismic to personalize content based on FA stage of practice, geography & client opportunity.
+ Experience packaging sales collateral and client go-to market materials to enable branch teams to indentify and select opportunities to grow their practice.
+ Understanding of wealth management products and/or client segmentation strategies.
+ Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services. **Preferred Skills** :
+ Expertise in market research and data-driven decision-making.
+ Experience with marketing automation leveraging SalesForce & Seismic platforms.
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
+ Expertise in consulting and advisory services.
+ High adaptability to evolving market conditions and organizational priorities.
